Welcome to our new website. This website has been developed to provide an online meeting place and information resource relating to many vintage oil and diesel engines, including Dorman, Gardner, Kromhout, Lister and Ruston. Whether you are interested in stationary, automotive, traction or marine application engines this site is open to all interested in the vintage engine world.
Here at Marine Power Services we specialise in the restoration and supply of classic marine engines for canal and riverboat use. We also recondition engines for many other uses including generators, railway locomotives, trucks and sea going vessels. All our engines are rebuilt to customers specifications and completed to the highest standard. We pride ourselves on our use of British made parts and using British specialist craftsmen. Many of our parts are made for us by the original OEM suppliers to the original manufacturers specification and in some cases to higher standards made possible by improvements in technology over the years.
