I haver a Lister Petter LPW3 of 1998 vintage in my narrowboat. Does anybody know where I can get a workshop manual for it please.

Welcome to the forum, glad you managed to answer your own question. We do have a newer edition (issue 12) of the manual on your above link available, although with you engine being of 1998 vintage the changes between issue 10(above link) and ours will not be relevant to you. 

We will be making our manual archieve available online soon.
